How do I cancel my order?
We’re happy to cancel your order if it hasn’t shipped yet. Please email us at orders@biscuit-home.com or text us at 713-342-3235. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can!
When will I receive my order?
- Regular Processing and Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Holiday/Seasonal Processing and Shipping: 7-10 business days
- Monogram Processing and Shipping: Depends on the product ordered. See the product page for estimated lead time. Please note that processing times may be longer during the holidays.
All orders ship from our warehouse in Houston, Texas. If you have an urgent order, please email us at orders@biscuit-home.com.
How do I change my shipping address?
If your order is still being processed, you can email us at orders@biscuit-home.com or message us via live chat to change the shipping address. If your order has already shipped, please contact UPS as soon as possible to redirect your package or arrange for local pick-up.
I messed up my order. Can I change it?
Please reach out to us at orders@biscuit-home.com, by phone, or via live chat as soon as possible to request a change. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but we can’t guarantee order changes or cancellations.
Why hasn’t my order been shipped?
As a small business, we strive to send out orders promptly. Personalized items take a bit longer because we put a lot of love into making them. If you’re in a rush, please contact us at orders@biscuit-home.com or via live chat to request express shipping.
My order has shipped but I haven’t received it – where is it?
If you’ve received a shipping notification, rest assured your order is on its way! Sometimes tracking updates can take a while, and shipping companies may experience delays. If your order is significantly delayed (more than 10 business days from when it was shipped), please reach out to us at orders@biscuit-home.com or via live chat, and we’ll look into it for you.
Do you ship internationally?

What is your return policy?
You may return items purchased from Biscuit within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, and in original condition. Monogrammed and custom items are not returnable. Bedding returned that has been taken out of original packaging is eligible only for store credit and will incur a $10 repackaging fee per item.
- Personalized or customized items are non-returnable.
- Final sale, flash sale, and warehouse sale items are not returnable.
- Items marked 40% or greater off are always final sale.
- Orders placed during our once-yearly anniversary sale are only eligible for store credit.

How do I start a return or exchange?
Request a shipping label by emailing us at orders@biscuit-home.com. We kindly ask that you do not use a personal shipping label.
How do I return or exchange a gift?
Please email us at orders@biscuit-home.com to arrange an exchange.
When can I expect my refund?
Please allow 15 business days from the time we receive your package for returns to be processed. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card or gift card, as applicable.
What is the return and exchange policy for sale items?
Final sale, flash sale, and warehouse sale items are not returnable. Items marked 40% or greater off are always considered final sale. Orders placed during our once-yearly anniversary sale are only eligible for store credit.
I bought something on Final Sale but really want to return it. Can I still do that?
We do not offer returns or exchanges for final sale items. Items discounted 40% or greater are automatically final sale.
